28/09/2026 Credit Corporation Announces Results for 2026 First-Half
Credit Corporation is pleased to announce its financial results for the six months to 30 June 2026.
The Group reported Net Profit After Tax (NPAT) of K133.0m and Core Operating Profit of K59.0m.
NPAT remained steady year-on-year (1H FY25: K132.1m), supported by expansion of the bankin platform. Strengthening Core Operating Income driven by lending growth and expanding banking revenues was offset by increasing operating costs and impairments.
Board Chair, Lady Winifred Kamit said, “The Group’s banking platform continues to enjoy a very positive market response with new products launched and rapid growth in the number of personal and business banking customers and transactions.
“While the fair value of the Group’s listed investments increased, dividend income moderated as we repositioned our investment portfolio to reduce the Group’s interest in BSP.
“Overall, Group Net Profit After Tax remained consistent with the first half of the previous financial year, which demonstrates the benefits of a diversified business portfolio and an ability to balance operational resilience and investing for sustainable growth.”
