Job Description

The Officer in Charge, People & Culture (P&C) - Properties, plays a key role in the design and implementation of priority P&C initiatives aligned with the overall People & Culture Strategy and annual plan. This role is responsible for executing P&C policies, procedures, and services, ensuring efficient operations within Credit Corporation Properties. Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate personnel records, updating databases, and developing guidelines and FAQ documents on company policies. The incumbent supports the seamless delivery of P&C operations while contributing to the broader success of the People & Culture division.

Key responsibilities

  • Responsible for the development and implementation of performance metrics to improve business operational efficiency.
  • Develop, maintain, and improve KPI reports and dashboards that provide insights on operational and financial performance.
  • Collaborate with Business Units to create a set of annual Operational KPIs that are aligned across the Group.
  • Provide quantitative and qualitative performance analysis and recommendations for performance improvements.
  • Provide support and assistance to the organisation in the ongoing reporting and development of executive and board reporting.
  • Provide support in achieving the Strategic Plan including reviewing performance against the strategic objectives and tracking of the organisation’s work plan by business unit.
  • Provide high quality commercial insight on business financial performance.
  • Undertake research and collect data to better analyse outcomes.
  • Regularly monitor business performance and generate performance reports for the Board and senior management in line with the corporate reporting calendar.
  • Develop, revise, and enforce business policies and procedures as needed.
  • Analyse monthly management accounts and draw out key performance trends.
  • Develop systems and processes to produce informative reports and drive targeted performance conversations.

Key requirements

  • Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or Management as a minimum requirement.
  • At least 4 years’ experience as a P&C Officer or similar role.
  • Familiar with Cognology or any other Human Resource Information system (HRIS).
  • Working knowledge of people and culture policies and procedures and labour legislations
  • A sound working knowledge of computers and Micro-soft office programs.
  • Good organisation skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Current Drivers licence is preferred.
