26/03/2019 Appointment Of Acting Chairman

Mr. Johnson Kalo, Acting Chairman of the Board of Credit Corporation (PNG) Ltd today announced the following further changes on the Board of Credit Corporation (PNG) Limited and that of its wholly owned subsidiaries:-

Mr. Johnson Kalo was appointed the Acting Chairman of the Board of Credit Corporation (PNG) Limited and that of its wholly owned subsidiaries in the interim pending such time the Board appoints a new Chairman;

That Graham John Dunlop will retire from the Board of Credit Corporation and its wholly-owned PNG subsidiaries on the 27th of June 2018; and

That William Lamur will resign from the Board of Credit Corporation and its wholly-owned PNG subsidiaries on the 27th of June 2018.
